- A Two storey Communal Building with lift, kitchen, dining
room/flexible space, games room, managers office, three flexible meeting rooms and chapel
- Manager’s residence consisting of a single storey 3 bedroom dwelling with double garage;
- 43 parking spaces with drop off/pick up zone;
- 15 motorcycle parking spaces; and
