It is proposed to construct four residential flat buildings and six terrace style dwellings comprising an overall total of 148 units. The proposed unit mix is 59 x 1 bedroom units and 89 x 2 bedroom units. A basement car parking area is proposed over two and a half levels, containing 296 car parking spaces. Access to the site is via a private access road off North Rocks Road. The proposal is defined as Integrated Development under the provisions of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, 1979 as approval is required from the NSW Office of Water under the provisions of the Water Management Act 2000. The NSW Joint Regional Planning Panel is the determining authority for this matter pursuant to Schedule 4A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979.
