The Development Application is for the demolition of existing structures, Torrens title Subdivision of one lot into four, the construction of an eight storey residential flat building comprising 75 apartments and two multi-dwelling housing buildings comprising 40 dwellings with three levels of basement car parking. The residential flat building comprises 21 x 1 bedroom, 42 x 2 bedroom and 12 x 3 bedroom units and the multi-dwelling housing buildings comprises 8 x 2 bedroom, 30 x 4 bedroom and 2 x 5 bedroom units. The basement car park contains 104 car parking spaces.
