Development Application - Changes to approved building design and public domain under DA-1080/2022

Amending DA seeking consent for changes to the approved building design and public domain, including use of the commercial and hotel buildings approved under DA-1080/2020 for the purposes of an Educational Establishment (university and life sciences), and co-living development. The development includes an overall reduction in the gross floor area, a reduction in the height of buildings, and amendments to the basement parking to consolidate into a 3-storey basement with 92 parking spaces and end-of-trip facilities with associated servicing.
