Internal fitout and the use of the existing building as a tyre recyclying facility with an annual capacity of 20,000 tonnes of waste

The proposed development will comprise two defined project stages. Stage 1 will involve installing equipment within the factory warehouse with a view to processing up to 4,999 tonnes of tyres per annum with storage of less than 5 tonnes (or 500 tyres) at any one time. Stage 2 will involve increasing the total processing capacity to 20,000 tonnes per annum.
