Modification to Bulky Goods Premises and Hardware and Building Supplies

The proposal is for modifications to an approved bulky goods premises, hardware and building supplies (Masters) and a 2 lot subdivision. Modifications include:
- Deletion of the reference to Masters;
- Deletion of the subdivision proposal;
- Changes to the positioning and floor area of the approved buildings;
- Changes to the car parking and loading areas;
- Changes to the external appearance and signage.
