Concept Development Application for the development of the Morling College site comprising building envelops, basement car parking (537 spaces) and road infrastructure/public domain layout. The application proposes for a mixed use commercial, retail and residential development across two development precincts recognised as 'Site A' and ‘Site B'.
Site A includes the provision of two mixed-used envelops inclusive of two 14 storey residential building forms above a varied 3 to 5 storey activated mixed use podium to Herring Road existing to the rear of 1 Saunders close.
Site B includes the provision of three 14 storey residential building envelops along the south western boundary of the site.
It also includes the provision of a single storey multi-purpose hall and potential future expansion above the Morling College MALC building
