The proposal is identified as ‘Integrated Development’ under the NSW Rural Fires Act 1997 requiring concurrence from NSW Rural Fire Service and is also identified as ‘Nominated Integrated Development’ requiring concurrence from the Natural Resources Access Regulator under the Water Management Act 2000.
