Police Station and Court House

Police Station and Court House development over 2 stages (JRPP);

Stage 1: Demolition of all existing structures on the land

Stage 2: Erection of the proposed three (3) storey Police Station (Tweed/Byron Local Area Command) and Court House (Tweed District Court). The proposed structure also incorporates an underground storey (basement) for vehicle parking with development work also including landscaping, signage, civil works, dewatering of basement and awning over public footpath. This stage also includes the consolidation of allotments into a single lot.
