Redevelopment of Woy Woy Oval including Construction of New Grandstand and Associated Facilities

The proposed redevelopment works include the following
1. Site preparation
2. Construct the new grandstand building, including tiered seating, player change rooms, toilets, stores and referee’s room
3. Construct clubhouse, lift public toilets and kiosk building
4. Construct new forecourt, concourse and paths, including carparking spaces
5. Construct new entrance gates, adjoining the grandstand
6. Construct cafe and external dining area
7. Forecourt landscaping
8. Erect scoreboard
9. Relocate 2 x existing lighting poles
