Demolition of existing structures and the construction of two 4-storey residential flat buildings, containing a total of 64 residential apartments, to be used for the purposes of affordable rental housing. The proposal also seeks the Torrens title subdivision of the site into two lots. The application has been made pursuant to the provisions of SEPP (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009.
Liverpool City Council is the consent authority and the Sydney South West Planning Panel has the function of determining the application.
