The proposed modification involves the following:

- Up ramp changes between Car Park P1 and P4 to reduce gradients, lengthen ramps and increase off-ramp landing areas at the top of ramps for safer queuing and to ease manoeuvring between levels.

- The deletion of condition No. C1(d) requiring a DDA platform lift from the Alexander Street entrance.

- Provide a splayed driveway entry on Burlington Street to improve vehicle manoeuvrability. Also to widen the exit driveway on Alexander Street and provide a splay to allow for easier and safer exiting from the site.

- Increase the awning height on Burlington Street to create consistency with the internal wall height of 4 metres; and

- Increase in driveway entrance height, raising louvers above the car park entry to increase visibility.
