S4.55(2) Modification Application
S.96(2) Modification to DA65/13 proposing increase in the height of the lift overruns, car park layout changes, reduction in disabled parking amendment to Conditions A1 and C28

The proposed modification involves the following:
- Amendment of Conditions A1 and C28 of the development consent;
External changes:
- Increase in the height of the lift overruns by 0.28m due to the increased width of each lift requiring a larger motor room to drive each lift;
Internal changes:
- Increase in the width size of each lift servicing the overall approved development;
- Reconfiguration of car park to accommodate the increase in the width size of the lifts servicing the approved retail development at ground level and 4 levels of car parking, with a small reduction in car parking of 8 spaces;
- Reduction in disabled parking from 8 spaces to 6 spaces as a result of the enlarged lobby area immediately adjacent to the lifts;
- Provision of an enlarged lobby area immediately adjacent to the lifts and inclusion of bollards for improved pedestrian safety and separation
- Reconfiguration of speciality stores at ground floor level; and
- Reconfiguration of the riser.
