The Section 4.55(2) modification application seeks to modify Development Consent No.173/2017/JP as follows:

- Room provided for air conditioning condensers.
- Roof courtyard consolidated.
- Unit G10 balcony extended to span width of apartment.
- Amendment to building façade materials.
- Alter the finished floor levels to improve accessibility, ensure compliance with a 2.7m ceiling height and improve the amenity and functionality of the apartments.
