West Nowra Resource & Recovery Park

Masterplan application to construct and operate a resource recovery park to be undertaken in two stages, comprising a composting facility, materials recovery facility for non-putrescible waste and a sorting recovery facility for construction and demolition waste.

Stage 1 – Land clearing and basic infrastructure including construction of service roads, weigh bridge and office, noise barrier and sedimentation pond;

Stage 2 – subject to further DA approval – Specialised resource recovery building and internal roadways.
