106-108 Liverpool Road, AshfieldCouncil resolved on 25 June 2013:1/3 That Council not proceed with a site-specific Planning Proposal for 'upzoning' of 106-108 Liverpool Road Ashfield and instead have Council officers prepare a Draft Planning Proposal for Council's consideration utilising previous town planning analyses applicable to the following properties:- 2-6 Victoria Street , Ashfield- 90-108 Liverpool Road, Ashfield- 124-127 Carlton Crescent, Summer Hill- 1-3 Prospect Road, Summer Hill2/3 The owner of 106-108 Liverpool Road be advised of Council's decision.3/3 That Council engage in discussions with the proponents of 106-108 Liverpool Road with a view to exploring ways of expediting the proposal and report back to Council.
