Additional Land Uses at ‘The Farm’, Ewingsdale Road, Ewingsdale

The planning proposal seeks to enable additional land uses with consent at The Farm, Ewingsdale. The proposed land uses include a shop (wholesale bakery), industrial training facility, office premises and an information and education facility which are to be directly associated with the agricultural activities on the land. The subject land uses are currently being undertaken outside of the terms of existing consents and are associated with the farming activities at the site.
