Amend Coolamon LEP 2011 to rezone land in Coolamon to IN2 Zone, change maximum floor area secondary dwellings and insert rural subdivion clause for permitted uses

Amend Coolamon LEP 2011 to;
- Rezone Lot 2 DP 838319 Wade Street Coolamon to IN2 Light Industrial Zone,
- Amend Clause 5.4 to decrease the maximum floor area for a secondary dwelling, and
- insert a new local Model Clause to permit subdivision in the RU1 Zone and RU4 Zone below the minimum lot size to accommodate a use permitted under an existing development consent (except for a dwelling house and dual occupancy).
