Section 73A proposal to amend the land zoning and minimum lot size for two lots under the Port Stephens LEP 2013. The proposal seeks to:
- Rezone land at 508 Swan Bay Road, Swan Bay from NP1 National Parks and Reserves to RU2 Rural Landscape, and amend the minimum lot size to 20ha.
- Correct an error in the description of land at Valerie Road, Salt Ash to Lots 2-4, DP 79221.
