Amend Tweed LEP 2014 - Remove enabling clause for water bottling facilities

The planning proposal seeks to amend the Tweed LEP 2014 by removing the enabling clause that permits water extraction and bottling facilities in the RU2 Rural Landscape. This amendment will thereby prohibit water extraction and bottling throughout the RU2 zone.
