Ballina LEP 2012 - 20 North Creek Rd, Lennox Head (Reservoir Hill Housekeeping)

The Planning Proposal aims to undertake some minor mapping and housekeeping amendments to the subject lot for the purpose of:

- facilitating a minor realignments of RU1 zone boundaries;
- facilitating a minor realignment of R3 zone boundaries; and
- facilitating consistency with the zone boundary alignments by amending the relevant LZN and LSZ maps

A new local provision is also proposed, to permit the subdivision of land for drainage purposes within all RU1 and RU2 zones.
