Byron LEP 2014 - Tyagarah Airstrip Additional Permitted Uses

The planning proposal seeks to amend Schedule 1 of Byron Local Environment Plan 2014 to permit a range of aviation related industry, recreational tourism and ancillary uses, including managers residences and helipads for the Tyagarah Airstrip site. The proposal also seeks to amend the Lot Size Map to apply minimum lot sizes that reflect the current lease boundaries.
