Goulburn Mulwaree LEP 2009 - Amendment No. 4 - Various matters

This proposal includes a number of matters, including:1. Rezoning of the village area of Towrang to RU5, RE1 and E2, and changing the associated minimum lot size to 2ha.2. Insert into Schedule 1 the following matters:(a) allow the minimum subdivision size for Lot 110, DP 750040, (Towrang) to be 24ha(b) allow the minimum subdivision size for 29 and 64 Highland Way, Marulan to be 7ha(c) allow part of Part Lot 10, DP 1047328, Goulburn Racecourse, to include animal boarding or training establishment involving racehorses, whether or not that use includes agistment of horses.3. Amend the new clause (to be inserted through LEP Amendment No. 2) to include the RU1, RU2 and RU5 zones and to prevent the further subdivision of any residue lots created.
