The planning proposal seeks to facilitate mixed use development on land at 40 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills, by increasing the maximum building height from RL116m to RL176m and applying a base floor space ratio of 1:1 and an incentivised floor space ratio of 2.9:1, as well as allowing additional permitted uses.
