This Planning Proposal aims to amend the Kempsey LEP 2013 by:1. Permitting with Council consent dual occupancy (detached) dwellings and secondary dwellings within the RU1 Primary Production, RU2 Rural Landscape, RU4 Primary Production Small Lots and R5 Large Lot Residential zones; and2. Including specific provisions within the Kempsey LEP 2013 relating to the development of dual occupancy (detached) dwellings and secondary dwellings within the RU1 Primary Production, RU2 Rural Landscape, RU4 Primary Production Small Lots and R5 Large Lot Residential zones.
