Lismore LEP 2012 - Trinity Drive Precinct Residential Release

The proposal seeks to amend Lismore LEP 2012 by rezoning land at Goonellabah and Lagoon Grass for urban release purposes. The release site is known as the Trinity Drive Precinct and is estimated to yield approximately 275-325 allotments.The proposal includes rezoning parts of the site from RU1 Primary Production to R1 General Residential and E3 Environmental Management and applying building height and a mix of minimum lot size standards to enable development of the land for residential and environmental management purposes.
