City Of Parramatta
The proposal seeks to:. increase the maximum permissible building height for the site to 157m, . increase the maximum permissible floor space ratio to 7:1, . ensure a minimum of 21% non-residential floor space and . that development consent is not granted without approval under the Federal Airports Act 1996.
