Permissibility of home activities near the Ingleburn centre

The planning proposal will make home activities permissible with consent within residential flat buildings on certain land near the Ingleburn centre. The subject land is zoned 10(b) District Comprehensive Centre under Campbelltown (Urban Area) LEP 2002, as shown hatched on the attached map.The draft plan seeks to achieve its aim by amending clause 65 of LEP 2002, which overrides the zoning table to prohibit all development on the subject land except for residential flat buildings.Campbelltown Council has prepared the planning proposal to rectify the inadvertent prohibition of home activities on the subject land.
