The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone the land at 629 - 639 Pacific Highway to B4 mixed use and amend the Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 2012 by increasing the height on the site to 90 metres and FSR to 6:1 in accordance with the Chatswood CBD Planning and Urban Design Strategy.
