The Proposal seeks to rezone 4.35 ha of land at 391 Diamond Beach Road, Diamond Beachfrom RU1 Primary Production to part SP3 Tourism and part E2 Environmental Conservationwith associated development intensity controls and amended Land Use maps. The Proposalseeks to enable the future development and operation of a tourist facility that allows 30% of the gross floor area of buildings to be used for permanent residential accommodation.
