Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council comprehensive LEP
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional
The planning proposal seeks to prepare a single LEP for the Queanbeyan-Palerang LGA and includes a number of unresolved policy items including,
- rezoning E4 Environmental Living Zoned land in Bywong/Wamboin,
- requests for additional subdivision opportunities and dwelling entitlements,
- new provisions relating to rural signage, and
- potential for new heritage items.
