Wollondilly

To amend the Wollondilly Local Environmental Plan 2011 to rezone 600 West Parade, Buxton from RUI Primary Production to E3 Environmental Management and R5 Large Lot Residential. The proposal also seeks to amend the height of building, minimum lot size and natural resources biodiversity controls relating to the site.
