It is proposed to rezone No. 45 Noongah Street and No. 25 Gwynn Hughes Street Bargo to part zone R5 Large Lot Residential and part zone E3 Environmental Management, with a minimum lot size of either 1500 sqm if it is to be serviced by a communal sewage management system or 4000 sqm if it is to be serviced by an individual sewage management system on individual lots, to provide a lot yield of between 60-80 lots.
