Stilton Lane and Remembrance Drive (619 dwellings, jobs TBC)

Proposal to amend: zoning, minimum lot size, height of buildings, land use table and natural resources biodiversity map, the Planning Proposal seeks to allow small agricultural holdings, employment lands comprising industrial and tourism uses. Land around Redbank Creek is proposed to be zoned for
environmental conservation purposes. The main southern railway line has been rerouted and the planning proposal reflects the change to the zone required to apply to the new route.
