Central Coast

The planning proposal seeks to facilitate additional housing opportunities and improve housing diversity within an existing urban release area (within Precinct 7). This is intended to be achieved by rezoning rural transition land for low density residential purposes, low density residential land for general residential purposes and securing land for environmental management.This proposal will increase housing diversity in the location and facilitate 186 additional dwellings in the precinct, resulting in a total development yield of 653 dwellings.
