The Planning Proposal represents Stage 2 of the Accelerated Review of the Fairfield LEP 2013. Amendments to the LEP include rezoning of land and changes to height and floor space ratio controls to Fairfield, Cabramatta, Canley Vale and Carramar Town Centres, review of development standards that apply to R3 Medium Density Housing zone, heritage listing of 4 sites in Fairfield City and new draft model clause relating to floodplain risk management for areas affected by the 1 in 100 year flood.
