Reclassification and Rezoning of various sites in Bellbird and Abermain
Cessnock
Rezone and reclassify a strip of land at Bellbird Park Bowling Club from RE1 to RE2 and reclassify it from Community to Operational, in line with the Carmichael Park Masterplan. Rezone one of the three lots that make up Harle Street Playground, due to a zoning anomaly one lot of the park is incorrectly zoned, therefore the zoning should be updated to align with its current use as public recreation.
