This Planning Proposal seeks to amend the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) 2006 (the SEPP) to rezone land at 167 Riverstone Road, Riverstone (part Lot B, DP 362093) from SP2 Educational Establishment to R2 Low Density Residential and make consequential amendments to the relevant SEPP maps including Land Zoning, Height of Buildings, Residential Density and Land Reservation Acquisition. The Department of Education advised they no longer require this site for school purposes.
