Council seeks to rezone part of lot 757 DP 1186094 from R1 General Residential Zone to E3 Environmental Managment Zone (8,300m2) and E3 Environmental Managment Zone to R1 General Residential Zone (8,290 m2), Fairway Gardens Estate, Thurgoona.The Lot Size Map will also be amended to change the lot size to 100 ha for the E3 Environmental Management Zone and 450 m2 for the R1 General Residential Zone.
