Amend Albury LEP 2010 - Insert Model Clause for Rural Subdivision permitted uses (AMEND 17)

Albury City

Council seek to Amend Albury LEP 2010 to insert a Model Clause that enables subdivision below the minimum lot size in rural zones to meet the needs of current permitted uses that have a development consent, other than for the purpose of a dwelling house or dual occupancy.
