The amendment omits Clause 7.7 of the LEP, confirming the changes made to the permissible uses in the B3 Commercial Core land use table and envisaged in the NURS and Statement of intended effect. This amendment has been requested by Council under cl.3.22 (expedited consideration), formerly Clause 73A.
