The proposal seeks to amend the Parramatta LEP 2011 to allow for a residential flat building at 2-22 William Street, Granville. This involves:

*Increasing the maximum building height from 14m to 16m.
*Increasing the Floor Space Ratio from 1:1 to 1.7:1.
*Removing the local heritage item number I205 (10 William Street) from Schedule 5 of the Parramatta LEP 2011 to facilitate demolition of the item.
