AMENDMENT 1 AND 4 - Amendmets to Queanbeyan LEP 2012 and Queanbeyan LEP (South Tralee) 2012 to allow for small lots and studio apartments in certain locations within identified urban release areas, amend the Googong Map and Land Zoning Map

This planning proposal seeks to amend the Queanbeyan LEP 2012 (QLEP) and Queanbeyan LEP (South Tralee) (QLEPST) 2012 as follows:QUEANBEYAN LEP 2012 AND QUEANBEYAN LEP (SOUTH TRALEE) 2012- To permit small lots of 130mý within 200 metres of any land zoned B2 Local Centre Zone (QLEP), land identified as Additional Development Area" on the Googong Map (QLEP) and land within 200 metres of a B4 Mixed Use Zone (QLEPST).- Provide for separately titled 'studio apartments'(or fonzi flats)in certain locations (QLEP and QLEPST).QUEANBEYAN LEP 2012 - Amend the Googong Map to show 'Additional Development Areas' 3, 4 and 5 with a 400m diameter for each 'Additional Development Area' footprint.- Change the shape of the 'Additional Development Area 01' on the Googong Map for Neighbourhood Centre 1A from a sphere to a pattern based on the alignment of the street network.- Amend the part of the Neighbourhood Centre 1A on the Googong Map to follow a street pattern.- Amend the Land Zoning Map to rezone part of Neighbourhood Centre 1A from R1 General Residential Zone to Zone B1 Neighbourhood Centre Zone.
