Amendment 32 Rezone 5 sites - Cuttagee, Broadwater, Eden, Millingandi, Cobargo

Site 1 - Cuttagee Lake - amend the boundary of the E2/E3 zone to enable dwelling opportunity to be located on existing cleared land.
Site 2 - Jigamy Farm, Pambula Lake - amend the boundary of the E2/E3 zone to enable the masterplan for the site to be realised and develop cabins on existing cleared land.
Site 3 - Lake Curalo, Eden - amend the boundary of the E2/E4 zone to enable the expansion of the existing business 'Disaster Bay Chillies' on existing cleared land.
Site 4 - Merimbula Lake, Millingandi - rezone deferred land to E2 and E3 to protect coastal wetlands and provide for existing dwelling opportunity.
Site 5 - Cobargo - rezone E2 land to RU5 to remove buffer with a local creek provided when an industrial zone was proposed for the site that has not be realised.
