The planning proposal (PP) seeks to rezone the Mt Ashby Vineyard located at 140 Nowra Road Moss Vale (Lot 7 DP632169) from E3 Environmental Management to SP3 Tourist Zone. The proposed SP3 Zoning is intended to reflect current approved uses of the site and to provide an opportunity to further develop the tourist potential of the site for food and drink premises, functions and accommodation.
