The planning proposal seeks to identify a service station as an additional permitted use on Lot 8 Section 21 DP 759022, 136 Bridge Street, Uralla.
The site is currently occupied by a disused service station which ceased operating approximately 10 years ago. The site is zoned R1 General Residential under Uralla LEP 2012. Service stations are prohibited in the R1 Zone and the proposal is required to allow the service station to re-establish as the former existing use rights have expired.
