The proposal seeks to rezone land at 15 Kurrawyba Avenue, Terrigal (Lots 9 & 10 DP 7861) from 5(a) Special Uses (Church) to 3(a) Business (General).The use of the site for Church purposes is now redundant as the Church has been relocated. The rezoning will facilitate the redevelopment of the site for a mixed business and residential use. The land affected by the proposal comprises of two lots (Lots 9 & 10 DP 7861).
