The planning proposal seeks to amend the height and floor space ratio controls applying to the 'East Quarter' site located at 93 Forest Road, Hurstville under the Hurstville Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No.3). The proposal aims to: amend the floor space ratio map for the whole site from 2.5:1 to 3.5:1; and amend the height of buildings map for part of the site from 23m to 30m; 40m to 65m, and 60m to 65m.
