The PP explains an amendment to Coffs Harbour LEP 2013 to enable low density residential development on land at Bark Hut Road Woolgoolga, having regard to the land's environmental attributes. It looks to rezone the land from an RU2 Rural Landscape zone to part R2 Low Density Residential, part Zone E2 Environmental Conservation and part E3 Environmental Management zone and amend the relevant lot size map. The PP also looks to modify clause 7.19 of LEP 2013 and create a new key sites map.
