Amend Ballina LEP 2012 so as to:* rezone Lot 1 DP 759050, 17 Bath St, Wardell from RU2 Rural Landscape to R2 Low Density Residential;* apply a minimum lot size of 600m2 (currently 40ha); and* remove the strategic Growth Area affectation and associated buffer areas currently applying to the subject site.
